IZEA is a social marketing company found in sunny Orlando, Florida. The offices have an open floor plan and plenty of color to go ’round.

IZEA’s primary focus is social marketing and starting conversation, they are also a member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA). Some of their properties include Social Spark and the Blogger Choice Awards, they also work with tech wiz Chris Pirillo.

They pride themselves on their company atmosphere as well:

We are not your average corporate office.  Each month we celebrate birthdays with ceremonial cakeplows.  We ring new initiates in with tequila shots.  We play football together and hang out on the weekends.  If you enjoy the corporate world, if you are easily offended or think it is wrong to wear flip flops to work, this probably isn’t the right place for you.

The IZEA workplace is highlighted by tons of color and internal lighting. One of the meeting rooms has a large curved glass wall while the workspace has a discoball and IKEA Regolit lamps.
